Custom Cuts started as Beckman Produce in 1972 as a produce wholesaler. The wholesale business was sold in 1997 to refocus the company in the fresh fruit and vegetable processing business.

Our plant located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is approximately 50,000 square feet using state of the art processing equipment with room for expansion to meet additional business needs.

Our workforce is comprised of 150 employees of a highly diversified background. The average length of employee tenure is 8 years and the average length of our management team is 11 years.

Custom Cuts is the third largest produce processor in the states we service and the 9th largest in the United States. There are approximately 600 fresh-cut processors in the US and 800 worldwide.
