The wholesale business was sold in 1997 to refocus the company in the fresh fruit and vegetable processing business. Our workforce is comprised of over 100 employees of highly diversified backgrounds. The average length of employee tenure is 8 years and the average length of our management team is 11 years. Custom Cuts is the third largest produce processor in the states we service.
